When you contact us, you will NOT be dealt with by a call centre on the other side of the planet…

And you will NOT be dealt with be a member of customer service staff on the minimum wage, who may be friendly, but probably knows very little about how to help you other than to follow the script on his or her computer screen.

Instead, when you contact us, you will ALWAYS be dealt with be either myself (Josh), one of my Bet Chat partners or one of our tipsters. This means that you’ll never be passed around from pillar to post and, whatever your query is, whether that be about…
