Hi my name’s Khashayar Abbasi, and I have a confession to make…
I’m a bit of a crypto nut!
It all started when I bought my first Bitcoin back in 2014, when the price was still below $500.
A friend got me into it, and I am forever grateful to them, not just because of the money I’ve made since then, but for introducing me to what I believe is the most exciting investment class since… well, forever!
I always tried to get into other types of investing, like buying stocks, but it was too slow and boring for me. I mean, you do all that research and pay all those commissions just for a 10% per year return?
That’s fine for some people, but not me. I like to make those kinds of returns in a day! Sure, that means the losses can be greater too, which is why I’ve spent my crypto career learning to master my emotions too.
When the crypto market crashed in 2018, and the mainstream press called Bitcoin a “Ponzi scheme” and “scam”, I kept learning more and more about this space, and invested more too.
And, really, I haven’t stopped! For example, I topped up on Ethereum in 2020 when it was still $600, before it tripled at the beginning of 2021.
I’m not telling you this to try and impress you. I just want you to know that this isn’t some “overnight” interest for me. It’s become a 7-year passion, and I don’t see that changing any time soon.
I’ve kind of become “the crypto guy” for family and friends, helping them get into the space safely, and avoid all the pitfalls new crypto investors can face.
I also have experience doing this professionally, as back in 2017 I ran two paid crypto services that offered education, advice, and specific crypto recommendations.
I ran one of these services with New York Times best-selling author Jim Rickards, who trusted me to adapt his crypto writing and recommendations for our UK audience. And both services had thousands of subscribers, so I’m well at home answering people’s questions and helping newcomers get into this space.
That’s also why I’m so excited to be launching my new service, Crypto With Kash, where I’ll be showing people how to make money from crypto in 2021 and beyond.
This isn’t an “get rich quick” type of service. Sure, we’ll be investing in cryptos that definitely have the potential to make you rich (otherwise, what’s the point?), but the focus will be on bringing you well-researched crypto projects that are undervalued in the market today.
Our investing time horizon will be over years not minutes, but that doesn’t mean you won’t see huge returns in the short-term too. The crypto space has outperformed every other asset class since its inception, and I don’t expect that to stop anytime soon.
Right now, the part of the crypto space I’m most excited about is something called “Decentralised Finance”, or DeFi for short.
Like Bitcoin challenged the transaction markets, and now gold as a safe store of value, DeFi cryptos are disrupting all the other parts of the financial world, like lending, borrowing, insurance, liquidity pools… and even introducing brand new ways of approaching finance altogether.
This disruption has already created a lot of very big returns. In fact, despite Bitcoin getting all the headline time, the DeFi space outperformed Bitcoin in 2020 and so far in 2021 too.
That’s just the way I like it, as it means we can uncover plenty of under the radar cryptos before they go mainstream! That’s what I’m doing myself, and what I’ll be aiming to help you do too, as a member of Crypto With Kash.
Of course, we won’t focus solely on DeFi cryptos. I’ll also be recommending cryptos from other sectors too, so you’ll wind up with a nicely diversified crypto portfolio that can take advantage of all the innovation going on in this space.
After all, the crypto world is constantly moving, and we’ll be looking to take full advantage of that fact. As I say, this is the most exciting (and profitable) asset class on the planet!
