Hi there,
Last week I said TWYS suggested bullish, but there was a but!
The outcome was that TWYS was bullish and there was no but!
TWYS wins!
The three main markets broke into new highs, and the IWM isn’t far behind.
Last week’s highlighted stocks did well, and this week is slightly more challenging with few stocks setting up optimally around Key Levels.
Market Outlook
Watch the video at the foot of this email for more detail.
Post earnings continues to be constructive where the OVI has featured.
Last week I said: “there is upside potential, but don’t take it for granted as one twitch could spark a nasty whipsaw”.
That didn’t happen last week, but now we’re somewhat extended that likelihood is much greater.
So, play each trade by its merits, be cautious with your P1 profit targets… Protect them quickly.
Our market timing is a real strength that few others possess. Being good at market timing enables you to swim WITH the tide.
The Main Indices
All the indices are extended past their 50-dmas. A modest pullback is likely.
Keep sticking with our game plan of AAA setups near Key Levels.
Don’t get distracted by missed opportunities.
Market Timers
- Longer Term Market Timer (OVIs): Half Green.
- Medium Term Swing Timer: Bullish.
- Index OVIs: All blue.
Fast Filters Stock Selection
This week I’ve continued to focus on post-earnings setups which have served us so well, along with OVI consolidations and other Big Money Footprints, especially near Key Levels and with Shrinking Retracements.
Remember a chart needs to have the right qualities for you to consider trading it.
Pick your game and stick to the best quality setups that conform to it.
My game is OVI, near Key Levels, Shrinking Retracements, and a consolidation/sideways move. The other two Big Money Footprints are desirable but those four are essential to ME!
