If there’s one thing guaranteed to improve our investing skills, it’s reading as much as possible about the field that we want to be proficient in. That was the thinking behind our regular ‘Scoops’ series and it’s proved very popular.
For us, that’s a combination of cryptocurrency and more general finance articles.
As always, we’ll continue to ensure that there’s a mix of content for beginners, pros and everyone in between.
🍦 Recently we’ve been highlighting WeWork’s spectacular fall from grace but what of its former CEO Adam Neumann? Surely nobody would trust him with their money again after that… Well, apparently not. Introducing Flow, Neumann’s second attempt to make shared community spaces the next big thing. Good luck to him or, perhaps more pertinently, good luck to his investors.

🍦 Speaking of shared community spaces, it’s Airbnb next and this story about them being forced to pay out a whopping ¢576million. Yikes.

🍦 OpenAI next and this enlightening article about what exactly it was that Sam Altman did to get himself fired before, of course, being subsequently reinstated.

🍦 Finally for today, a more cheery story… oh wait, nope… it’s this news that Amazon has been caught selling bathroom spy cameras. Something to be wary of next time you take a shower in an Airbnb!

That’s all for today, so enjoy the rest of your weekend, watch out for those spy cameras and Kash will be back with a crypto Scoops next week.
